  • According to Sections 36(1) and (2) of the Registration of Documents Act, appeal can be forwarded to the Registrar General under Section 38(2) of the same Act, for a legal instrument refused within thirty days from the date from the refusal.
  • Documents to be submitted in making appeal
    • The deed which was refused from the Land Registry
    • Appeal
    • The affidavit including corrections (The affidavit should be prepared in the language which the deed is written and attested)

The documents mentioned above should be handed over to the Land registrar of the relevant land Registry.
