Registration of immovable properties

• A document written and signed before two witnesses and a licensed Notary Public by the parties in relation to the transactions carry out relevant to lands is introduced as a deed.
• Various types of deeds relevant to lands are forwarded for registration. All those documents can be registered from the land registry which is the relevant lands is located.

Registration of movable properties

• Movable properties ,that is vehicles, stock of goods of a business, receipts of imported goods or exported goods , mortgages relevant to book debts can be registered under movable properties.
• Registration activities can be done by the land registry belonging to the area that the relevant property has been established.
