Issuance of National Birth Certificates began in Galle division under the digital system "Digital Access to Heritage"

Accordingly, the issuance of national birth certificates for new beneficiaries in the areas under the Galle Kadawath Sathara Divisional Secretariat and the Bope Poddala Divisional Secretariat took place this morning (24th) at the Galle District Secretariat under the patronage of Additional District Secretary for Lands and Development, Mr. Sumith Shantha.

Participating in this event were Assistant Registrar General of the Southern Provincial Office of the Department of the Registrar General, Mrs. Dulani H. Keerthisinghe Assistant Registrar General of the Galle District Secretariat, Mrs. M.G.M. Upamalika Divisional Secretary of Bope Poddala, Mrs. Piyumali Liyanage Assistant Divisional Secretary of Kadawath Sathara, Mr. Pasindu Lakruwan along with other officials.
