Issuance of National Birth Certificates began in Kegalle division under the digital system "Digital Access to Heritage"

With the e-population program introduced by the Registrar Generals' Department, the issuance of National Birth Certificates under the digital system "Digital Access to the Heritage" began in Kegalle Division. The certificate can be obtained in Sinhala and English or Tamil and English, there is no need to translate the birth certificate seperately.
